Strongbuild confirms that the responsibility for health and safety rests with the management. Additionally, all employees and others under the control of the management accept degrees of responsibility for carrying out the Policy.
It is the duty of every employee or other person, while at work, to take reasonable care for the health and safety of himself/herself and of others who may be affected by their actions. They are also to ensure that they co-operate with Strongbuild so far as is necessary to enable any duty or requirement of any relevant Health & Safety Legislation to be carried out.
Additionally no person may interfere with or misuse anything provided in the interest of health safety or welfare in pursuance of the relevant Health & Safety Legislation.
