Transforming a vast industrial complex into a mix of 250 one and two bedroom apartments with a range of shops bars and offices was a massive project for one of our main developer clients. We were retained to supply sub-contracted works packages for various specialist trades and services during the two year program.
Working closely with the award winning London practice 3W Architecture, the innovative and environmentally sustainable building scheme utilised the geography of the buildings to enhance natural daylight provision alongside an ingenious internal ventilation process, all within the 6 storey atrium. A knowledgeable workforce team was necessary to bring the plans to reality.
The large scale of the project enabled the inclusion of a unique Astroturf, roof top running track, as well as shared leisure spaces to enhance the village community feel of this significant residential development on the Bristol skyline.
