The house had been recently purchased by our clients and required substantial renovation, working within the strict guidelines established by the Local Authority Listed Buildings department.
Surrey Hills Farmhouse – Farley Green
A pretty timber framed farm building dating from the mid 1800’s & set high within the Surrey Hills.
The owners instructed us to carry out various renovation works including reorganisation of the ground floor to provide a much bigger kitchen with access to a glazed interlinking annex. Plus a full external redecoration using heritage colour paints & timber staining materials.
Ferncliffe
The conversion of this substantial Grade II Listed building in the exclusive suburb of Leigh Woods in Bristol, to provide 14 luxurious apartments was a development undertaken by a major client of Strongbuild.
