The conversion of this substantial Grade II Listed building in the exclusive suburb of Leigh Woods in Bristol, to provide 14 luxurious apartments was a development undertaken by a major client of Strongbuild.
Project Management & subcontracted specialist packages / teams of craftsmen were sourced, all working under monitored supervision and to tight budgetary controls in association with the retained architects APG Bristol.
One of the main challenges of this project was the introduction of an elevator into the central stairwell of this Listed building.
Working closely with specialist architectural metal workers and utilising structurally engineered designs produced a successful conclusion to enhance the living spaces within.
